At San Lorenzo Bikinis, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your new swimwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all eligible, unworn items with original tags and liners intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all sanitary liners and hangtags are attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
